Reception slideshow for Kristen and Nathan
Well here it is, one of our most popular upgrades at the moment is the slideshows at the reception. We put this on a projector on the night to show all of the guests what you have been doing while you are away and they are anticipating your return. The amount of positive comments that the bride and groom get are fantastic. The slideshow goes for about 6 1/2 min and gives all of the guests a pretty good coverage of the full day.
Kristen & Nathan’s wedding 6th December 2008
Kristen and Nathan had been planning their wedding for what seemed like eternity! I first met with them about 18 months ago and Kristen was one of the most organised people I have met. Kristen would have to be one on the longest running forum members on Wedding Central with this day being a long time coming for all the girls at wedding central!
We started off with Nathan in the morning before heading out to Woody Point where the girls were getting ready. Once we had finished a few images with the Boys and Girls, we headed out to Sandgate for the ceremony. Everything went off without a hitch and then it was off for some location photos.
Once again we were racing a storm coming across in the afternoon and we made it to the reception just before it bucketed down!
We had a heap of fun with everyone and Kristen you were a trooper wanting to climb down all those rocks to get to the wreck!! It was so worth it wasnt it! good on you!!
Leanne & Ryan’s wedding – 9th November 2008 – with Matt
Leanne & Ryan live in Darwin and decided that they would love to get married at hamilton Island. Matt and Justine travelled up to Hamilton Island to photograph their special day. The weather the day before was so hot and humid, so we were least expecting it to rain on their wedding day. The wedding crew at Hamilton Island had it under control with a wet weather back up for the ceremony. By the time the ceremony was over, the weather cleared beautifully for us to travel around the island on the golf buggies for some location photos.
Matt and Justine stayed on to photograph their reception and had an absolute ball with all the wedding guests. Thanks Leanne and Ryan, we had a blast with you and all of your guests.
Emma & Matt’s Engagement shoot – with Matt
Emma & Matt caught up with our Matt for their engagement shoot at Kangaroo Point. Emma was worried that we may get rained out, but of course there was no need to worry as the sun was shining beautifully all afternoon. Emma & Matt are getting married on one of the most busiest days of 2009, 7th March.
Erin and Geoff – 8th November 2008
Erin and Geoff live in Toowoomba and were married at the Beautiful St Patricks Cathedral in James St. The weather was quite moody all day and it made for the most beautiful photos. Erin and Geoff were so full of life all day, not letting a moment go by without a laugh.
Once we had finished taking photos around Toowoomba, we headed back to their reception. A trip to toowoomba is never complete without a visit to my Mum and she was of course looking after Scarlett and Holly while we were at the wedding. Then it was a long drive home back to brisbane in the evening
Prue and Andrew’s wedding 25th Oct 2008
Prue and Andrew got married at St Rita’s chapel at Clayfield, on one on the rain and hail filled days that we have had recently. You would never know it though as the sky cleared beautifully for us and the bridal party to make our way to the city for some location photos.
After we had finished in the City, we headed to Victoria Park for their reception where the Guests partied on till the early hours on the morning. Thanks guys, we had an awesome time working with you.
